Working in conjunction and complimenting our workplace investigations are our mediation processes. These processes are a confidential and structured process that facilitates discussion between the various individuals involved and can provide a cost effective and less time consuming process than formal proceedings and in many cases can resolve disputes before they require formal workplace investigations. Nonetheless, mediation is highly recommended after a workplace investigation to stabilise ongoing working relationships and achieve better outcomes for all parties involved.
